Notre Dame-Ireland Celebration and Pep Rally
Head to O2 Arena on Friday night for the Notre Dame-Ireland Celebration and Pep Rally. This will be a terrific event that will include entertainment that highlights the Irish culture as well as the traditional Notre Dame pep rally. The event will include musical performances, an appearance by actor and comedian Martin Short, along with a high energy pep rally. The Notre Dame Ireland Celebration and Pep Rally will be open to the public, but tickets are required. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. All proceeds generated from ticket revenue will be donated to local charities in Ireland.

A tradition of home games, Mass, will cross the Atlantic for the much anticipated game featuring Notre Dame and Navy in Dublin, Ireland on Saturday, September 1. Held on game day morning at 9 a.m., join Dublin Archbishop Diarmuid Martin and University President Rev. John Jenkins, C.S.C., celebrate Mass in historic Dublin Castle.
Originally built in the 13th century on a site previously settled by the Vikings, Dublin Castle functioned as a military fortress, a prison, treasury, courts of law and the seat of English Administration in Ireland for 700 years. Dublin Castle is now used for important State receptions and Presidential Inaugurations.
The Mass at Dublin Castle will be free and open to the public. Please note: Mass will be held outdoors with standing room for the general public.

Celebrate Notre Dame football with fellow Irish fans at the Notre Dame Tailgate. Located throughout the Temple Bar area, the tailgate will bring all the Notre Dame fans together to enjoy the best of Ireland prior to the game. Appearances to include the Notre Dame Marching Band, the Leprechaun, the cheerleaders and much more. This event is free and open to the public.

Ireland welcomes Notre Dame and Navy for their second game on the Emerald Isle. The first time the two teams played on Irish soil, Notre Dame defeated Navy, 54-27, in 1996.
